Zapier is a no-code automation platform that connects over 5,000 apps. With PDF Vector's Zapier integration, you can automatically parse PDFs, extract data, and search academic papers whenever events occur in your other apps - all without writing any code.

You can find your API key in your PDF Vector dashboard. After signing in, navigate to the API Keys section where you can view and manage your keys. Each key has its own usage limits and can be regenerated if needed.

PDF Vector provides three main actions in Zapier: Parse Document (extract content from PDFs and Word files), Search Academic Publications (search across multiple academic databases), and Fetch Publications by ID (get detailed information about specific papers using DOI or ArXiv ID).

Rate limits depend on your PDF Vector subscription plan. Free accounts get 100 credits, while paid plans offer higher limits. Each API call through Zapier consumes credits just like direct API usage.
