Description of Service

PDF Vector provides APIs for document processing including parsing, asking questions, extracting structured data, identity verification, invoice processing, bank statement analysis, and academic paper search. Documents are processed in isolated instances and are not permanently stored.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit documents that contain illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Submit documents that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Abuse the Service by submitting excessive requests or attempting to overload our systems.

Content and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit documents for processing. You retain ownership of any content you submit. The Service and its original features and functionality are owned by PDF Vector and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PDF Vector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
