Service Availability

• Any errors in the PDF to markdown conversion process.
• Any loss or corruption of converted content.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PDF Vector and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit for conversion.

Data Processing and Privacy

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will temporarily process the PDF content you submit. We do not permanently store your PDF content or use it for any purpose other than the conversion service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
